TERMS OF SERVICE

IN GENERAL

E-commerce products are sold by VePu-vaaput (Business ID 2820119-7). We deliver products to adult individuals at delivery addresses in Finland and all over the world.

 Product prices include VAT. VePu-vaaput reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs. Any changes in pricing and shipping costs will only apply to orders made after the changes take effect.

 

ORDERING AND CONFIRMATION

You can order our products from our online store. We confirm each order by e-mail, indicating the order price, shipping costs and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, an email address must be provided with the subscription. When making an order from an online store, you agree to the terms and conditions of the online store.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Standard order products ordered from the online store generally have a delivery time of 4-7 business days (inside FINLAND).

For deliveries outside Finland the delivery time may vary.

DELIVERY METHOD AND EXPENSES

E-commerce orders are delivered via Post. When choosing a delivery method for a Smartpost Vending Machine, the customer is responsible for the correctness of the pickup point. You can also choose picking from Suolahti. In this case, we will contact you to agree on the date of collection. Shipping costs: 1-4 lures € 3.00 (shipping by post) 5 or more € 8.50 (parcel post or Smartpost parcel delivery point)

 

PAYMENT

The order with shipping costs will be paid upon ordering. Payment by bank payment.

RETURNING

In accordance with the distance selling of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has a 14-day right to return the products ordered. The right to return applies only to the unused, vendible, and standard packaging of the original product. Before returning, the customer must be contact Vepu-vaaput by email ([email protected]). The message must contain the order number, the product to be returned and the contact details of the buyer, as well as the bank account number. For more instructions on how to return, contact Customer Support. The customer will pay the full cost of the postage.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

If you have received a wrong or defective product, please report the error by email to [email protected] Notification of an error must be made immediately upon receipt of the shipment. If the package is damaged in the mail, make a complaint to the Post when picking up the package.
